El Hotel está muy bien, y probablemente no se merezca la calificación que le puse, ya que las habitaciones están bien, los empleados de recepción atienden amablemente y tiene algunas comodidades muy buenas como la pileta cubierta. Lo que es inadmisible es que no ofrezcan en las habitaciones ni Internet ni televisión. Nos informaron que están realizando un cambio tecnológico y por eso no lo ofrecen en este momento, pero de ninguna manera lo aclaran cuando uno reserva, sino cuando llega para hacer el checkin. En mi caso, que hice una estadía de trabajo esto fue una gran molestia. Solicité algún tipo de recimiento y no obtuve ninguna respuesta favorable.

Estuvimos 1 día en el Hotel, de pasada para Caviahue. El hotel muy cómodo y la pileta climatizada es muy buena. La atención del Hotel muy buena y al tener las habitaciones con el auto adelante, es posible bajar pocas cosas, ideal para una noche de paso. El restaurante del hotel es malo, se come mal, se espera mucho y los precios no son buenos. RECOMIENDO BUSCAR FUERA DEL HOTEL

Las habitaciones son comodas, acordes, estan bien climatizadas, el agua caliente y con buen caudal. El estacionamiento es comodo y de facil acceso. La atencion en muy buena y cordial. El desayuno exelente. La piscina es de buen tamaño, la vereda perimetral de la misma se encontraba muy descuidada y sucia, con moho, mugre percudida de mucho tiempo, me resulto muy desagradable ese punto. Nos alojamos en dos oportunidades y en la primera la piscina climatizada tenia una temperatura exelente y pudimos disfrutarla mucho, en cambio, en nuestra segunda oportunidad la piscina estaba fria, en tal sentido, si esto es relevante e iportante (como lo era para mi) seria bueno consultarlo antes de reservar.

Las instalaciones normales, la piscina le falta limpieza sobre las veredas, promocionan piscina climatizada y cuando uno llega se encuentra con que el agua está fría. Es un gran detalle que debería tener en cuenta el personal encargado de mantener en condiciones la piscina, ya que uno reserva con piscina climatizada.

Las habitaciones son cómodas. Los servicios están en muy buenas condiciones. Quizás se le pueda exigir un poco más al desayuno y la pileta se queda y un poco chica. Pero el balance es muy bueno. La atención es lo que se espera.

Pare en este hotel en mi camino de ida y vuelta a Bariloche. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias , baño completo , desayuno variado . Tiene un restaurant pegado en el que pudimos cenar sin tener que salir , hermoso lugar y buena comida . Con mi reserva ida y vuelta me descontaron 30 % en el valor de la noche de vuelta .
